1.Grinding of damaged parts
First, mark the contour line at the damaged part with a marker pen (it should be slightly larger than the damaged part), then use an angle grinder with a grinding disc of moderate size to grind the damaged part until the surface of the damaged part shows a certain arc and there is no shining area. If the damaged belt is a conveyor belt with a core, be careful not to damage the fabric layer.
2.Apply adhesive
First, clean the grinding dust with a cleaning brush, and it is better to clean the grinding surface with dipt cf-129 cleaning agent. Then, mix dipt sc9800 adhesive and M6 curing agent according to the ratio of 100:4, and brush the damaged surface evenly with an adhesive brush. After it is completely dry (estimated time is 40min), brush it for the second time, and wait for sc9800 to dry to slightly sticky (back test with fingers) It can be bonded when it is not attached to the back of the finger.
3.Paste patch
The repair strip (piece) shall be bonded to the damaged part. Air shall be avoided as far as possible during the bonding process. The repair strip (piece) shall be rolled along the same direction with the compaction roller
