Key points of heat resistant conveyor belt: the surface temperature of the whole belt should be continuously measured, recorded and monitored to avoid unnecessary temperature rise;

1. The tape of the material should be forced to cool (preferably washed with water on the lamination);
2. Keep the conveying materials evenly distributed according to the bandwidth without over concentration;
3. The existence of oil (trace oil in cooling water) damages the band more than the heat itself;
4. Once the belt with hot material stops running, measures should be taken to unload the hot material quickly;
5. Hot gluing is the best method for the joints with heat resistance.
